Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of multiview (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Multiview Lab ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

The Service lets users create projects, upload photos, process those photos into 3D models, view generated outputs, and manage project files. The Service may use cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers to process, store, deliver, secure, monitor, and support the Service.

Photos, project files, prompts, generated artifacts, and auxiliary files may be sent to or processed by third-party cloud inference service providers, when needed to generate models, isolate objects, prepare outputs, debug failed jobs, secure the Service, or support user requests.

The Service may use third-party model materials from providers such as Meta for reconstruction, segmentation, object isolation, and related processing. Those model materials are owned by their licensors, not by you or us, and are subject to their own license terms and use restrictions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the Service, or expose us or other users to legal risk.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the Service if you are below the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

Your Content

"Your Content" means photos, images, prompts, project data, generated 3D models, textures, thumbnails, previews, camera pose files, metadata, and other files or materials that you upload to, create with, or generate through the Service.

You retain ownership of Your Content. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos, generated 3D models, or auxiliary project files.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, back up, debug, moderate, create technical derivatives from, and generate outputs from Your Content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, maintain, support, and provide the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use your uploaded photos, private 3D models, or private auxiliary project files to train AI or machine learning models unless you give us separate opt-in permission.

Private Projects and Sharing

Projects are private by default. If you choose to share a project, model, preview, or export, you are responsible for deciding who receives access and whether they may download or use the shared material.

Unless you clearly grant broader rights outside the Service, sharing a model through the Service gives viewers and downloaders only a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, view, and download the shared material for their own personal or internal use. Sharing does not give them ownership, resale rights, redistribution rights, AI training rights, or commercial use rights unless you separately authorize those rights.

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to shared content if we believe it violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, another person's rights, or applicable law.

Commercial Use

You may use, sell, license, or otherwise commercialize 3D models you create with the Service, subject to these Terms and your responsibility to have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for the scanned objects, places, people, brands, designs, or other source material.

Your ownership or sale of a generated model does not override third-party copyright, trademark, design, privacy, publicity, property, confidentiality, contractual, or other legal rights.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to scan, upload, process, share, sell, or otherwise use it. We do not routinely review private project content, but we may access or review content when necessary to provide support, operate and secure the Service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Output Quality and Accuracy

Generated 3D models and other outputs depend on photo quality, object type, lighting, coverage, camera movement, environmental conditions, processing limits, and other factors. We do not guarantee that outputs will be complete, accurate, dimensionally precise, suitable for measurement, suitable for safety-critical use, or fit for any specific purpose.

You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for business, design, manufacturing, construction, insurance, legal, medical, safety, or other important decisions.

Data Deletion

You may delete projects or request account deletion as described in our Data Deletion and Retention Policy. Some information may remain for limited periods in backups, logs, abuse records, billing records, legal compliance archives, or records needed to protect the Service or enforce these Terms.

Purchases

Purchases, subscriptions, paid credits, paid plans, paid exports, and refunds are not currently offered. If we introduce paid features, additional payment terms will apply and will be made available before purchase.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party service providers, including cloud hosting, storage, GPU/container processing, model inference, reconstruction, monitoring, support, and payment providers. Those providers may process data as needed to provide their services to us.

The Service may also use third-party model materials from providers such as Meta. Your use of the Service and generated outputs must comply with applicable restrictions from those model licenses, including restrictions related to unlawful activity, infringement, privacy violations, military or weapons uses, export-controlled uses, and other high-risk uses.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, fail to comply with law, or if continued access would expose us or others to legal, security, or operational risk.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. You may also have rights under consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which these Terms do not limit. Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@multiview3d.com so we may attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
